Spaghetti Squash - Perfect for Fall!
 
  
Just as the name states, this vegetable allows you to scrape out spaghetti like strands after it's been cooked! Very cool! Use in place of spaghetti noodles, pasta or eat by itself with lemon, pepper and olive oil.
Directions - Preheat the oven to 375, poke several holes in the squash, bake for 60 mins, allow to cool for 10 mins and cut in half lengthwise (be careful, it's HOT!), spoon out the seeds and scrape out the spaghetti like strands with a fork!
