Bootcamps in Langley and South Surrey

An exercise we all love to hate...The Burpee! 

  1. Start in squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. 
  2. Kick your feet back into a pushup position. 
  3. Immediately jump your feet back in to squat position. 
  4. Jump up as high as possible from your squat position.
